Hello there, my name is George Antabi and I’m here to help you reach your desired fitness goals by guiding your nutrition and training. I acquired a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sports, A master’s degree in Physical Conditioning. Since 2014, I’ve been training people and worked with different individuals and cases. Hopefully, we will work together and make you achieve your desired fitness and body goals by following my guided training and nutrition plan that are tailored to suit your lifestyle/goals/level.
Field of experience
General population
You belong to this category if you aren’t an athlete and you’re finding your way into the fitness field while having one or many of the following goals: Losing weight/ Gaining muscle mass/ Improving your health/ Building strength/ Getting rid of daily back/ Neck pain that you have due to your full-time job/ Cardiovascular Endurance/ Overall improving your general fitness while taking into consideration your lifestyle demands and stresses (Full-time job, family, kids, other stressful events..).
You can benefit from my experience with the general population(young, elderly, obese, skinny, desk workers, paraplegic teenagers, adults, and many more cases) where I trained the previously mentioned cases to help achieve a better physique, health and life by guiding their training and nutrition.
Athletes
You belong to this category if you are an athlete who’s trying to improve his/her performance and build the required fitness factors to improve at your sport. You can benefit from my experience with athletes from different sports (fighters, soccer players, basketball players, marathon runners, sprinters, rally drivers, and many more) where I helped them to perform better at their sport while guiding and planning their nutrition, training, and recovery.
Assessing the weakness of the athlete and working on it while planning the pre, intra, and off-season is a must for every athlete that’s trying to step up to the next level.
natural bodybuilding
You belong to this category if you are dedicated and willing to achieve the best physique of your life. Sacrifice is a must when it comes to sticking to certain calories and macros depending on the phase (lean bulk, maintenance, prep) and also the workouts can become very challenging while trying to push your physique to grow into its best version.
You can benefit from my knowledge and experience in natural bodybuilding where I will guide your nutrition and training in order to help you achieve symmetry, size, and an amazing physical condition.
Military personnel
The military was always one of my big interests in life, therefore i dug deep into the training and selection of the army. Whether you are preparing for a general fitness army entry test or a selection program I can guide your training and nutrition to help you get in the required physical shape and mental strength in order to succeed.
And if you are active duty personnel you can always improve your fitness level to become a better operator.
